Why do we recruit?

Within the framework of the HR department development, Wiiisdom is looking for an experienced expert in talent acquisition who will manage hands-on functions as well as designing talent acquisition strategy and, in the mid-term, developing a talent acquisition team.

What will be your missions?

Reporting directly to the VP People, you will interact with the HR Officer and the hiring managers. 

An HR apprentice will be there to help you on the sourcing part.

Depending on your profile, your education, your natural aptitudes and your skills, we are able to adapt the content of your mission. We have a lot of work to do and, at Wiiisdom, who you are counts as much as what you are able to do.

Your missions will therefore potentially allow you to intervene on a very large panel of tasks, in an international context. 

The main missions consist in:

– allowing to find the best match between Wiiisdom’s talents needs and talents’ expectations,

– making evolve our recruitment strategy, process, and tools until designing a top-notch process,

– Improving the employer branding awareness.

What will you be doing?

Find the best match

  • Support the hiring managers in collecting their needs and challenge them with regard to your knowledge of the market
  • Write and publish ads
  • Hunt for talents
  • Analyze profiles and their fit
  • Conduct HR interviews
  • Ensure reporting, get managers feedback and challenge all stakeholders in the final decision

Recruitment strategy, process and tools

  • Educate, train, challenge and make managers allies of the process
  • Support or train managers with the use of the ATS
  • Adapt our ATS, modify its parameters in order to optimize the process
  • Participate in the deployment of an evaluation tool based on AI and support managers in its use 
  • Study top-notch hiring processes and offer to improve ours
  • Identify adapted targets and develop school relationships 

Employer branding awareness

  • Be a driving force in the employer branding strategy
  • Strengthen the “Inbound Recruitment” strategy 
  • Affirm the company’s presence on the appropriate media: Create relevant content and communicate on these media
  • Represent the company in all recruitment-related events 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department in the creation of content 
  • Participate in the organization of various company events
  • Organize events for the integration of new employees and communicate

What do you need to have?

  • At least a 3 year-experience in hiring IT profiles is a must
  • Fluent spoken and written english is a must
  • An ATS knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What will be the process? 

If your application is successful, you will receive a first call from our VP People. If both of you wish to continue in this process of common discovery, you will then have 3 interviews where you will be able to present your best assets to your future colleagues and your future manager.
